- Filing the DPCA Report with NITDA on or before the statutory March 15 (or other extended dates) deadline.
- NDPR and Implementation Framework training for 2 employees with NITDA-approved Certification for Participants.
DPCA SERVICE

NDPR FOUNDATION COURSE TRAINING
This foundation course provides an introductory (7 hours) training on the NDPR, the 2020 NDPR Public Institutions Guidelines (NPIG), the NDPR Implementation Framework and general Personal Data protection practices in Nigeria and internationally.
NDPR PRACTITIONER COURSE TRAINING
Our advanced (14 hours) training on the NDPR, NPIG, the NDPR Implementation Framework, Cybersecurity and general Personal Data protection practices in Nigeria and internationally gives you the knowledge and skills to fulfil the role of a Data Protection Officer role under the NDPR.
DPO SERVICE
Our DPO Service focuses on the tasks and responsibilities described in the NDPR as well as operative data operation activities to provide compliance monitoring, maintaining data inventory, records of processing activities, and updating your organization with regulatory requirements. We also act on your behalf as a contact person to the supervisory authorities (NITDA).
